Daria Plekhanova

Daria is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master’s of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University. She has clinical experience in hospital and rehabilitation settings, particularly in stroke, neurosurgery, and complex care.

Daria has a particular interest in orthopedics and has completed her Pelvic Floor Certification to expand her expertise in this area. She is committed to providing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of her patients, with a focus on functional recovery and long-term health outcomes.

Outside of her practice, Daria stays active through exercising at the gym, cycling, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
