Parkinson’s Exercise Programs

Evidence-Based Exercise for Parkinson’s Disease

Regular, targeted exercise can play an important role in maintaining movement, function, and confidence for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Our specialized programs provide structured opportunities to practice movement in a safe and encouraging environment.

PWR! Moves®

PWR! Moves® is a Parkinson’s-specific exercise program designed around large, purposeful movements. Sessions focus on posture, flexibility, coordination, balance, and functional movement patterns that can support greater confidence in everyday activities.

Non-Contact Boxing

Our non-contact boxing program combines boxing-inspired movements with functional exercise to challenge agility, coordination, strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Sessions are adapted to individual abilities and provide an engaging way to stay active in a motivating group environment.

Community & Support

More Than Movement

Living with Parkinson’s affects more than physical movement. Connection, shared experience, education, and ongoing support can also make a meaningful difference.

Bergin Motion offers opportunities for people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners to connect with others who understand the journey. Support-focused programming may include facilitated discussion, practical resources, education, and community connection.
