Dr. Angelica Kada
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Angelica has been a licensed naturopathic doctor since 2014. She completed her naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds an Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.
Angelica maintains a general practice supporting patients of all ages, with a special focus on women’s health.
Her passion lies in supporting women through life’s many transitions—so you can focus on living your life instead of worrying about your period. Whether you’re navigating PCOS, endometriosis, painful periods, fertility, post-partum life, or perimenopause, her goal is to help you better understand your body and feel your best in it.
Angelica also supports individuals with the everyday health challenges that naturally arise as we move through life, such as anxiety, low mood, sleep concerns, digestive upset, migraines, arthritis, thyroid conditions, or shifts in metabolism (including changes in blood sugar or cholesterol levels). These are common concerns many people face, and Angelica provides compassionate, non-judgmental care to help you feel your best.
Angelica’s naturopathic practice is rooted in evidence-based medicine to bring you the highest standard of care. As a naturopathic doctor, she is trained in pharmacology, conventional assessments and care guidelines. This allows Angelica to work alongside general practitioners and specialists so that you can receive integrative and complementary care to best support your health journey.
Outside of the clinic, Angelica spends most of her time with her two kids, usually outdoors skating, skiing, or heading to the beach. Staying active is a work in progress, which she considers excellent ongoing research for real-life, sustainable wellness.
