Kristen earned her Bachelors Degree of Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Therapy from Acadia University in 2024. Since graduating, she has worked as a physiotherapy assistant and has recently obtained her Registered Kinesiologist designation. She also holds first responder certification and has a background in working with collegiate and junior level sport teams as a trainer. At Bergin Motion, Kristen is actively involved in Parkinson’s exercise groups, postpartum strength-training classes, and team training programs. You may also see her at the front desk helping with administration tasks at the clinic!

In her spare time Kristen enjoys playing golf and hockey, including cheering on the Ottawa Senators (unpopular opinion in this area) and hang out with friends and family!
