Jessica Little

Physiotherapist, NDT certified

Jessica completed her BSc Kinesiology in Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and received a full athletic scholarship to swim in their NCAA division I program. During her time at UNH, she realized she wanted to use movement and exercise to better individual’s overall quality of life and health, which helped to drive her career goals towards physiotherapy.

Jessica graduated from University College of Dublin, Ireland with her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2017. Since graduating, she has had experience working with a multitude of neurological conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings, including but not limited to stroke, MS, Parkinson’s and spinal cord injury. She has a passion geared towards neurological rehabilitation and is a certified Neuro-Developmental Technique (c/NDT) physiotherapist. Jessica has completed many NDT and Bobath courses with focus on bodyweight support treadmill training, ataxia, and upper extremity management.

Swimming was always such an important sport Jessica’s life, and with hard work she qualified for Canadian Olympic Trials on two occasions. Jessica is now retired, but loves the gym, getting on her road bike, tennis, pickleball, yoga, and any water activities. As evident by her international degrees, she also loves to travel!
