Kaley Powers

Kaley attended Wilfrid Laurier University for her BSc & MSc in Kinesiology degrees, where she also played on the varsity women’s hockey and rugby teams. As a lifelong athlete, she focused her research on sport concussions before becoming interested in neurological rehabilitation. She graduated with a MSc in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2016 and began working with people who have sustained traumatic neurological injuries and complex orthopedic trauma as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Kaley is a certified vestibular therapist and has taken advanced courses in concussion rehab, neuro-developmental technique, and acupuncture. Kaley is currently Bergin Motion’s clinic manager and handling behind the scenes operations.

 

In her free time, Kaley enjoys spending time with her family & friends, being outside with her two dogs, and playing or watching sports. She is currently the Barrie Parkinson’s disease support group facilitator and co-head coach of the U15AA Barrie Sharks female hockey team.
